I started out as a VIP shipments were lost and not delivered. I receive my vip after I contact and show that I haven’t recieved them and now back to not receiving them. Thinking of canceling this service. Customer service hasn’t responded to my last two emails in months.

My second month I did not receive my patch or coin. I received a message that shipments were delayed, but didn’t hear anything more about my order. My third shipment arrived and the patch and coin were as expected. I wish I had the opportunity to receive the missed order.*** Update: I got a one sentence reply when I reached out to CS as suggested by their reply. “Sorry, February has been completed.” No sorry, no nothing! Their CS either is too inexperienced, they don’t care or they are too busy. I’m not sure, but I’m cancelling my membership! As a 15 year career firefighter, I don’t think this company truly represents the industry. Sorry FFCC.Update #3: Stephanie with FDCC wrote me a very lengthy apology for the CS issue. I was offered a free month and I reinstated my membership. I wish the original CS rep could have handled this, but at least it’s handled. FYI, for anyone signing up for this service after about the 12th of the month, as I was told, the new membership gets credit for the following month. That is where the confusion started. Even though I signed up for a VIP membership, extra patch and coin, it didn’t officially start until the next month. Confusing and I hope they change this in the future.
There are a few reasons that makes FD Collectors so great. The most important reason is that it is implemented and ease to navigate the website. You can check status of an order, place add-ons to your order. Check payment methods and other things. The next important thing ( at least to me ) is the quality of the products. The patches and coins are of the best quality, ready to be displayed in our collection. You can honestly see the pride that goes into these patches and coins. Which in turn makes it all the better to see when they get to your door step. Plus on a side note the last patch coin from October’s collection was a great choice for the month of October ( a reportedly haunted firehouse ). I really couldn’t be happier with the service.
When I first signed up I thought it would be the official challenge coins from the department. I’m giving a higher grade for product, quality and fast shipping. But I no longer want this service. I really don’t want a mystery box of coins sitting around that’s not an actual departments official coin and patch.
Getting the different coins and fire patches from many different departments has been really great. I've loved the detail of the coins. They've been good additions to my collection. I don't know if you have a department in your facility that can do like an information letter on the featured department or not. I think that would be good for the customer to learn a little bit about that featured department. Just a thought.
