We used Featherington Interiors to home stage a formerly rented property where there was not much decor or furniture. They did an amazing job! Not only did we get an offer within a day of going on the market, there was a bidding war! Featheringtons First Class!I purchased a mixed development site during Covid & decided to develop the top floor into residential 2 x 1bedroom apartments.We vaulted the ceiling, refurbished the sash windows, bespoke handmade kitchens etc a top specification.The Agents suggested staging the apartments to achieve the best possible sale price, I have never done this before so I’m searching for a company Featheringtons stood out immediately.Only problem is I leave for St Lucia in the morning, not an issue for Leah & her team even with the time difference their response was immediate.I sent photos, floor plans etc Leah came up with a comprehensive design scheme with before & after photos very professional.We agreed a time & date for the install actually the following week. I attended with my builder as we expected to maybe take a few doors off & maybe even have to take furniture though one of the windows.Leah arrived with her team & with a big smile said leave it to us I will call you when we are finished.When we arrived back none of us including our Agent could believe the transformation the apartments are spacious & open plan, however it’s difficult to visualise where does the sofa go how do we define a dining area, Leah even incorporated a home office/ study area truly Amazing!I know now that I will achieve a premium for the apartments!David HenleyHenley Developments (South East) Ltd
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Naomi was super responsive and helpful, I cant praise her Company enough for staging. Our house was empty and had received no viewings in a couple of months due to the photos on the Estate Agents site. So in desperation we decided to try staging and the benefit was instant. Lots of viewings and several offers one of which we've accepted. Honestly, it is extra money to shell out but it's really worth it if you want to sell an empty property. 5 stars definitely!
