Frustrating Experience Across Multiple Outlets

I visited four locations in Drogheda, but none were functioning properly. After a significant effort at one outlet, they finally accepted it, but now it's day four and there has been no progress. I can't understand why retailers choose to work with this service; they seem incapable of fulfilling their role.

Terrible courier service in the region

I returned two parcels with return labels provided by the retailer. The service has been awful, especially in the western part of the country; it’s been nearly three weeks since the parcels were sent, and they still haven't reached the retailer. The online experience has also been frustrating as there’s no direct support available.

Feels like a scam!

This has to be a joke or a scam! I ordered a product that arrived damaged and in the wrong shade. I returned it on September 2nd, and now it’s September 17th with no delivery of my return. It’s absurd that it would take longer to return something than to actually deliver it. I highly advise against using this service!

My parcel has been 'on the way' since June 17th from Ireland to the UK, and today it remains missing. It sat in the store for nearly two weeks before it was even picked up.
