Useless. I was waiting for a parcel that got stuck for one month and nobody knew where. Then it was found, I told them I would collect, and they told me they would confirm immediately. One day later I called, they told me that they were waiting for me. And they gave me the wrong address. I called again, and got a second wrong address. Third call, I found out that FedEx has NOT an office in my city and their parcels are handled by a different company. Bunch of incompetent people...
