They said I had a problem with customs form sending packages from PT to Japan. Held my shipment for 8 days. Their responses were not at all helpful in explaining the problem. Sometimes days between emails. I got they impression they weren't really interested in helping me and got pathetic sense of power by making me wait. Finally told me the problem. I filled out new customs form. They sent to Japan (via Spain, France, India and China). In Japan the Fedex and customs people were cool and told me that they couldn't use the form provided by fedex PT, but they did have a copy of my original customs form and that worked for them. Fedex PT is full of functionarios (dysfunctionarios) that do the bare minimum to keep their jobs. They only follow rules and don't care about the quality of service.

Awful service. I have been waiting for over 2 months for a package to be delivered and have called customer services more than 17 times by now. I have been incorrectly charged storage fees, which I was reassured I would not be charged and that while I wait for the correct invoice, the courier can give me my package. That message clearly never got to the courier (even though I was reassured that it was), as he refused to give me my already-late package unless I paid the incorrect fee. The entire company lacks clear internal communication, and I will actively go out of my way not to use FedEx in the future.
I bought an oil painting in the USA one month ago. They shipped it via France where it stayed 9 days before sending it to Lisbon. They already changed the delivery date many times, and now they added 1 more week. I am desperately waiting and have to stay home. I never order anything anymore from America, and will never work with Fedex again or trying to avoid them. This is absolutely a very bad experience. The Fedex group is bad organised worldwide as is now my experience.

worst company at all in portgal. the customer service agent selia pina is lying that thereis no possibiliti to coneckt to operations. but somhow it was possible the last 2 times. we payed for express delivery. but driver states he didnt have enought time to deliver the parcel well than others need to wait who didntpayed the extra money for the express. there is a reason why people pay for express delivery since there is important material in it. i could loos my job if it is not delivert. and a lawysuite will follow if that happens. dont ship.with this company
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! USELESS TRANSPORT COMPANY!Since September 20th, I have received daily notifications stating that my package will be delivered by 6 PM. However, it never arrives. When I check the online tracker, it claims I was not home, and the package is repeatedly returned to Porto—despite the fact that I live in Aveiro, 60 km away. I've been waiting for them at home for a whole week. Why don't the drivers call the phone? FraudstersThe tracker says the driver came to the location, but the client was not there. Lies. No one came, no one called. Fraudsters.We have attempted to call your customer service numerous times, including three times today alone, but each time your employees have hung up on us without offering any assistance. This has been ongoing for seven days now.The package contains health products, which are likely ruined by now, and it was a significant financial purchase. I would like to know who will be responsible for compensating me for this loss.At this point, I have no choice but to assume the package has been either stolen or lost, and you are unwilling to acknowledge the issue. For the second day in a row FedEx has confined me at home stating they would deliver my parcel. For the second time the courier states the customer is absent, which is an absolute LIE. I made sure to tell the seller I would never buy from them again if they keep working with FedEx. They are unethical, not trustworthy so do never, ever work with them! There are much better companies in the market.
How is it possible that FedEx performs such a terrible service in Portugal?1. I received in my phone a link (Trustpilot doesn't allow me to place the link in this review) for delivery No. 6A17358174992, to pay two Euros and get a package. Since this has happened before and it was a scam (the word is BURLA in Portuguese), I called FedEx to make sure. It was indeed a scam.2. FedEx does a terrible job in Portugal. It doesn't tell the client where the package is coming from, and it should, to save everybody time and money: both the client and FeEx.How many clients have been subjected to this scam? I truly would like to know. 3. I was supposed to get a REAL delivery recently, FedEx came to my home, but it did't leave a message in my mail box. When I figured this out (not from FedEx, but from the people who had sent the package), I tried to retrieve it. Guess what? FedEx had returned the package to the country where it came from. They surely returned it fast! When is FedEx going to improve the services in Portugal? They truly operate here below international standards.
