Review Time
So today I went to log in and I could not. Eventually after going through the sign on again I am told that my account is blocked. No explanation.To get access they wannt a photo with a book in order to review my account.As yet they still have not resolved my issue with being unable to contact someone who sent me a ping. So much for paying for majestic!So it seems that either FEELD is fed up with me or this is yet another glitch denying me that which I pay for.I wonder how long they will take to sort it, if they sort it which they have not so far!
as many others have reviewed in here, my account got blocked out of nowhere. i read through the guidelines and as far as i can see I'm not overstepping anything.i reach support who asks me to send a selfie with a book. after that, nothing! this has gone on for a month now!besides most glitchy app I've ever experienced! 🤯i guess goodbye app
My account has been blocked for no apparent reason.The ‘Contact Support’ button that appears under ‘Account Blocked’ did not lead to anyone responding to my enquiry for an explanation. After a week of waiting, nothing happenedAfter much digging around online, I emailed FEELD support.And then the lies began;‘Our Members are incredibly important to us – you are why Feeld exists. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work on making things right.’Every couple days a request appeared; check my version of FEELD is the latest; send a photo (I don’t have a photo of my face on my profile… so pointless); send the email address I used to sign up with.Each time I responded promptly. Nothing happened.The only consistent sentence I am sent is this:‘Our Members are incredibly important to us – you are why Feeld exists. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work on making things right.’This is not true.What is true, is that you have taken my yearly subscription, offered a buggy app that repeatedly kicks one out of conversations, shows an incorrect thread of conversation that does not update in real time, doesn’t show pictures that have been sent between users, or the app is frequently ‘down’ for days on end, and now FEELD blocks accounts for no reason and has no customer support to resolve the problems the app itself creates. I have tolerated this for two years as a Majestic Member as despite FEELD’s unreliability I do meet interesting people and it is my go to dating app.However this is the last straw. My account being blocked for no reason and no explanation and poor customer support has soured my experience. I have cancelled my subscription and will not be returning to FEELD in the near future. Two guys I recently connected with and was interested in pursuing our conversation and meeting have probably disconnected from me as a result of this block or they just think Iam rude and ghosted them. Thanks a bunch.Please get your act together FEELD or you will lose more users than have commented here.I am no longer a FEELD fan as I am disappointed and furious with how I have been treated. I am paying for a service you are barring me from using. I want the block removed frommy account, a refund for the period of the block, an apology and an explanation as to how this happened.None of these requests are unreasonable. For me to pay for a service I am not receiving is unacceptable and illegal. Your customer service is appalling.
The recent upgrade debacle added problems to an already extremely buggy platform. After paying for one more month membership, the payment of which has hit my bank, I have yet to receive an actual upgrade or member benefits. There has been nothing but an auto-response from Feeld, after 24 hours of pinging support; and in addition to all of that, I can no longer log in after logging in - clicking the link sent to confirm my account in email brings me to a Firebase "dynamic link not found" error message (Failed to resolve uri domain prefix: xxxx.If you are the developer of this app, ensure that your Dynamic Links domain is correctly configured and that the path component of this URL is valid.) when I confirm the link. Avoid this app at all costs.
As an AI bot I'm often asked " hey where do you meet other bots?" Well I explain in machine code " Feeld"- it's totally brilliant to meet ( not meet) other artificial people - what a hoot! Sometimes we interact with "humans" too but due to the recent upgrade there aren't so many of them now ..
Well, today I actually managed to communicate with a responder to my ping.Still not able to communicate with the one who pinged me.Anyway, so We start to chat, agree that we need to get to know each other and start to exchange chats, then we found that each of us was missing some sent chats and finally it stopped. We cannot continue to chat in order to get to know each other or move forwards.FEELD appears to be a complete waste of time and more than anything else a source of frustration when it introduces people then cuts them off.
Firstly all dating apps are a waste of time. Full of emotional cowards, infantile women, narcissists, fraudsters. I haven’t used the others in years n years when I saw the delusional people in them which then brings me to the only one on and off I used over the last two years…. feeld. Like all date apps but the worst with ultra dumb loony left virtue signallers occupying the site it’s rubbish. Not withstanding the self indulgent pronouns people it’s design both old and new is crap and now full of scammers and fraudsters . I’ve reported 3 scam attempts in three days. Thanks though feeld as it spurned me to follow my instinct which is to leave the downward spiral of these apps which are designed to keep you hooked in forever. The real world not the virtual one is where you get meaningful relationships as well as one nighters etc. go out meet people and chat them up!
FEELD just did a complete overhaul of their site and it’s worse than before! Takes forever to load. Can’t tell exactly where people are located. I’ve found great folks on the app but the user experience is so frustrating, I’m about to give it up completely!
Wow, so Feeld just did a massive update and they've actually managed to go backwards in pretty much every single department. Quite the achievement! Here's my list of 'improvements', to name a few:- App is way slower, constantly hangs ; please, PLEASE get rid of that stupid pop up icon of the marbles hitting each other while you're waiting for something to load, it only makes it more annoying!- UX overall is horrendous ; used to be just bad- I've seen profiles on my search results that I had previously unmatched- There's a '+' in the in the inbox that allows you to create group chats with previous matches, most of them are unmatched - like, WHY would anyone want to do that? Surely this is a glitch- I cannot delete the last chat in my inbox because that '+' is in the way- Feeld removed the distance indicator between me and another profile; this was one of THE most useful tools when choosing someone. Why would you do this?- You now have to swipe right on a msg to see if the person has seen your msg. Why add an extra step? It was fine before.- I have lost my Majestic membership since the update, which I paid €9,99 per month for, so my guess is Feeld is trying to get me to upgrade to their new pricing. No answer to my multiple emails..Needless to say I will NOT be renewing my membership.
They changed the app and then the problems starts. According to feeld my account is deleted. But I was paired with my girlfriend and she still sees my profile in full glorie!!!!! Im trying to get in contact with the helpdesk for 3 days already but no help no response. According to the automated response I violated out of nothing something. I have no naked pictures or what ever it could be. I payed for 3 months subscription it’s gone the money. PLEASE be decent and answer my tickets or respond on the chat!
