Review Time
I have only bought products from this company from shops that stock them. But want to leave a comment on how heavenly the tomato leaf and geranium candle and room spray is. I love geranium anyway, but usually it is paired with other floral notes. The tomato leaf part makes the scent so unique. The candle always burns very clean, never any residue on the glass. The spray scent lasts a long time in the room when sprayed. The candle unfortunately does burn quite quickly but I think that is to be expected when using natural wax. I haven’t tried the refill version, but might try that next from the website. :)
Yet another amazing mystery subscription box..I am so glad I have found this subscription box if beautiful products that every time are different and pure luxury.I am so glad I do not live close to the actual shop as it would be my second home
Shampoo and conditioner are dreadful. And what disturbs me more is I posted a negative review of both of these products and neither review has been uploaded to the online reviews on the shop web page, obviously negative reviews are not be permitted. Every review sings the praises, which in itself is suspicious as that cannot possibly be the case. Clearly the reviews are sifted through and only glowing ones are posted. The products are over priced and the prices of items have jumped up and they are certainly not worth the cost as they’re really not that good. I have now changed to a different brand that is also natural and I am much much happier.
Unfortunately was a massive fan of this company- especially the room sprays, coastal walk and even tide where my favourite. Was about to place an order for the 2 large refills and the price had gone up by £30!! £15 each!! Sorry but that’s way too much. Having to walk away from this company now as they have out priced themselves and loyal customers. Such a shame.
An absolute pleasure to shop with. It is a rarity to be able to speak to a 'real person' and feel valued as opposed to automated services which seem the norm today. Norfolk Natural Living exceeds on every occasion. The ladies in the shops are always truly delightful and always go above and beyond to assist. Megan should run a customer services course, she is exceptional. The products are beautiful and the best quality. Thank you!
