Been asking to see if I can get a better price on a guitar and part exchange for 4 days. Only short answers and no care. No quote if they don't see the instrument (which I sent photos of). I wouldn't mind it if the tone was at least nice. It's like they are the only shop in UK!

Visited Fender Fever today to try out a Fender Stratocaster and it was a good experience. Guitar was just as advertised and owner Max could not have been more friendly and helpful. Fair negotiation on the trade-in price for my guitar too. A great selection of interesting guitars worth checking out.
I purchased a Gibson SG Classic from Max last year after visiting his shop and comparing a few excellent SG’s he had in store. Max went out of his way to make sure I had every opportunity to decide on the ‘right’ guitar for me, and I am still enjoying the guitar today.I have just purchased another guitar from Fender Fever, an amazing Warmoth Telecaster Deluxe, again the service was excellent, the guitar is exactly as described in the advertisement and the drive from Cambridge to his premises was definitely worth while. I highly recommend this company and would definitely purchase from Fender Fever again.

First class response and service. I initially called to enquire about this second hand guitar. I originally got through to voicemail but then I had a call back from Fenderfever within a minute, a very fast response! Fenderfever were extremely accomodating with my many questions. I wanted to inspect the guitar so visited Fenderfever and I was very impressed by the cleanliness and detailed organisation of their guitar workshop and lab. I found Fenderfever to genuinely have my needs in mind. Rather than just sell me the guitar I was asked how I would like the action/attenuation/adjustment of the bridge for tremelo arm/the type of new strings that they would fit whilst I was there etc. All in all a first class, friendly and professional service from Fenderfever that goes the extra mile in every way. I thoroughly recommended Fenderfever and will be sure to purchuse from them again!
