I urgently needed to change a date on a Saturday night, expecting no response until Monday. To my surprise, I received a quick reply the same day, and after my response, another reply came at 8:30 PM on Sunday, the first weekend after the New Year. This level of service is uncommon these days. Hats off to the representative for their exceptional support; I genuinely appreciate it.

I was told there were many spots available when I arrived, but many were occupied. We weren't supposed to arrive until 11, and when we got there, a bailiff was fishing and had blocked two spots next to him. They were there the entire time we were present, and another bailiff had done the same across from him, plus there were buckets everywhere with no one using those spots.
