AFTERSALES NON EXISTENT.

I first contacted Ferrero on the 8th April after hearing about the recall of products due to a Salmonella Outbreak as I had purchased ( KINDER ) products for presents and needed to know if they were safe or not.Had reply on the 17th April asking me to send photos of product and barcode which I did the same day.Did not hear anything until 8th May where I was asked again to send in photos of product and barcode which I did again the same day.Heard nothing back so on the 17th May sent email asking what was going on about this problem but only got automated message back saying they are very busy.DO NOT BUY KINDER PRODUCTS. THE AFTERSALES IS NON EXISTENT AND WHEN ITS A SERIOUS PROBLEM LIKE THIS THEY SHOULD BE THERE FOR YOU.UPDATEIts now the 13/08/2022 and have still had no contact from company.UPDATEAs of today 02/12/2022 I have never had any reply to my complaint.UPDATEAs of today 13/01/2023 have still not had a reply.UPDATEAs of 03/06/2023 Still not had a reply.UPDATEAs of 19/02/2024 still had no contact so I guess they have no intention of replying to my complaint.As of 04/09/2025 Still not heard anything, I will keep updating maybe someone will eventually listen.

was promised choc bundle and a voucher recorded delivery asked 22 times nothing sent no trcking nothing also rang 8 times still nothing been going on since april 2022 shocking will never buy again from them .........

If I could leave no stars I would.

If I could leave no stars I would.I have contacted Kinder and Ferrero over the last 10 months. They contaminated our chocolate goods with salmonella, they now say they lost my images and product proof and guess what?! That's now my fault. It's disgusting and an absolute waste of money and time. Kinder do not care one bit about the customer.

Should be no stars as no refund…

Should be no stars as no refund received after 6 months of waiting. Emailed them and provided details requested but no response except automated ones. Would never buy from them again. Do they not realise the impact on their company by not refunding the items and not giving any customer service?

Great quality of chocolate. I always eat with pleasure my favourite Kinder Chocolate Bars. It's a taste of my childhood! No matter how many years passed this chocolate will never be other.
