When I was a kid, I promised myself that when I grew up, I’d buy 100 Kinder Joy bars. I only ever got Kinder Joy on special occasions (like Easter or Christmas). I remember that taste—it’s pure bliss for my taste buds. Today, after a very long time, I decided to experience that sensation again (I probably haven’t had one in five years, maybe even longer). I’ve never been so disappointed—it’s like I ate a knockoff of Kinder Joy, and there used to be a lot of those cheap versions of Kinder Joy back in the day, and now they’re just a cheap version of themselves. I’m really disappointed; I won’t even mention the toys, because that’s a whole other topic. I still remember an ad in Ukraine with the slogan "Kinder Surprise always brings joy," and well, that "always" has come to an end

I have found a massive black curly hair in my kinder sandwich when I put the complaint the customer service got back to me with information that quality control is essential for them and they believed it was single incident and offer £3 voucher.. think I will stop buying their products.. shame
I am still waiting for a refund. I have emailed several times and after each occasion told a voucher will be sent within 28 days. Nothing received. I haven't received a response to my latest email at the start of this month.I don't know who to escalate this. Customer service on this matter leaves a bitter taste in the mouth.
