Review Time
Diabolical like so many other people we are still waiting to get our money back from the recall. I have emailed countless times and even got the CEO's email address. Still not heard anything, I think this says it all, will never purchase anything from this company again!
Well like so many other customers, it's been 6 months since Ferrero recalled certain Kinder products, and I am STILL waiting on a refund for the chocolate that I bought. 6 long months!!I have contacted Ferrero UK SIX times now, and have only had one response in that time. They claim that they will provide a refund, but nothing ever transpires.I am frankly disgusted with the complete lack of communication and appalling customer service. These chocolates were recalled because of a salmonella scare - Ferrero should be doing their utmost to make amends and correct the damage to their now non-existent reputation.I will never buy another Kinder product again. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I would give zero stars if possible. I contacted company after hearing about recall of products as we bought some jkinder eggs. I was promised voucher within 28 days. Why it should take 28 days? Royal mail takes 7 days max to deliver. But never mind, I was willing to wait. Nothing came. I called them second time and same thing happened. Called third time and was advised to raise the complaint over the email. That was 3 days ago. I just read all these reviews and understand that I can just forget the refund as there are so many like me, so many that this story was even published in the Sun newspapers. What a shame and disgrace for Ferrero. I thought well of Ferrero before but not anymore.
Absolutely shocking customer service. I contacted them following the recall for their Easter products, they offered me a voucher to which I said no and requested a full refund (as per my statutory right). They sent me an email confirming that the voucher had been sent but I never gave them my address!! I’ve made several attempts at contacting them since and I’ve had no reply. It’s disgusting. They’ve basically stolen money from me. I’ve never experienced such awful customer service and will never buy from them again.
I bought two of the large Kinder eggs that had to be recalled following the food safety / salmonella crisis.I emailed several times with photos, BBD and barcode info. Their customer service is none existent - none of my emails were read correctly, each reply asking for information I had already shared. In one email, I was offered a voucher to buy free products (which never arrived) but I should have received a FULL REFUND! I don’t want more chocolate from your factories right now.I have never received anything for the two eggs and I’ve given up trying - thoroughly disappointed and will never buy any products from Ferrero again. Sorry Ferrero, I gave you several attempts to put this right and… nothing.
