Lack of response regarding missing items

I reached out twice via email about items that were missing but received no reply. The items that did arrive were small and appeared low quality for the price I paid. I'm very disappointed, especially since these were gifts I ordered online for Christmas while I'm in Australia. On December 27, my order indicated that the last two items were shipped on December 31, but they never were, and I have received no response to my emails.

A lot of effort required

I was frustrated that I tried to place an order only to be informed it couldn't be delivered outside the UK, despite ordering from within. I ended up being charged three times for one item and received two instead of one, with the option to return one at my expense. It took multiple emails, often repeating the same questions, before the issue was addressed. There was no apology or assistance with returning the extra item that I hadn't ordered and for which I didn't even receive a confirmation email.

Poor quality product

Very disappointing! The item was made of cheap plastic and arrived in the wrong color. The engraving was blurry and looked very low quality. Delivery took a long time to the UK.

Order mistake with no resolution

I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when I placed my order. I noticed the mistake and contacted the company via email within 6 minutes. They replied that they would look into it but later informed me that no changes could be made since the order was already in process. The next day, I received a notification from the delivery service expecting the package from the company, which was then handed over to them, knowing it would likely be delivered to the wrong person or left unattended. While I recognize my mistake, I believe the company could have done more to assist or simply canceled the order for me.
