Fantastic Customer Care

Bought 2 pairs initially and I was not happy but the Customer Service was so good I ended up buying another pair. The glasses are fantastic and have so many great styles to choose from.I will definitely be getting another pair soon

Ordered 2 pairs of prescription glasses delivered for less than €60.! What's not to like.The website is easy to navigate, the variety of frames is very good.The fit and quality of the frames is surprisingly good, and the prescription lenses are perfect.

love the selection and the add-ons for the lenses, as well as the affordability and accessibility of the glasesses. only thing i did not love is that one pair came with a wonky frame

Happy customer.

Firmoo has a good range of frames and I like the options it provides for lenses. I was very happy with my glasses. They are comfortable to wear. I will continue to use Firmoo when buying my glasses in the future.

Lovely selection of glasses. Spoilt for choice. Just got one pair to start off with before I get my eyes tested which is due and might need different prescription.

Zero complaints and lots of compliments!

Zero complaints. Getting compliments on each pair. Ordered 3 pairs of glasses, 1 pair of sunglasses and a leather look case for €151.00. Can barely get a single pair of glasses for that price in retail opticians these days. Paid €15 for express shipping on top of that and received my order in 7 days!
