My first choice of glasses didn't work for me, I called customer service and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. I spent a few days really researching sizes and trying on lots of different glasses online. the software makes it very easy and accurate. I was able to get an order in for a replacement pair, and they arrived within days of the replacement order. highly recommended
Picking out the frames was super fun and I got to see what the glasses look like on me before making any decisions. I was about to checkout and pay when I was notified that I could get a second pair free with their current BOGO sale! I got progressive eyeglasses and progressive sunglasses, all direct billing through my insurance. Everything was so super easy! And I just received them today, way before their estimated delivery date! The glasses are so comfortable and look amazing! I found my glasses dealer from now on!
So I ordered new glasses, and was honestly deciding between them and eyebuydirect, who I’ve bought from for the last 3 years with no problems.
I received my glasses. The lenses are too thick and they look like they’re going to pop out of the frames; and I believe that they got the PD wrong. when I put my glasses on, they felt VERY off, and it would literally give me headaches.
so I contacted customer service and they basically say I didn’t provide them with PD, so I double check my order invoice, and it I did. Then they say that the lenses I chose are the thickest option, and won’t really fit in the glasses, Which had I known I would’ve just gone with the thinner lenses?
It’s been a week and, every time I email someone, I get different customer rep. Which goes to show the lack of training in customer service, and the care they have for their consumers. As someone who has worked customer service for over a decade, the solution should’ve been simple. To get a replacement with the corrections made. Instead there is back and forth with customer service reps, who are quick to blame you for the mistake.
My entire interaction with this company has left such a sour taste in my mouth. Do not order from them, order from eyebuydirect or Costco instead.
Really disappointed with the smart glasses. The AI unusable. Waste of money. I would have been better off just buying conventional eyeglasses. Always went to Zenni prior to trying kits. Was left so underwhelmed by the performance of the Pangolin 3 that I'll probably go back to Zenni.
I am thrilled with my recent orders: contacts and two pairs of glasses. The glasses are of excellent quality and arrived quickly. A nice bonus was the soft case and cloth included. I had some reservations about ordering, particularly regarding the fit, quality, and appearance of the product. However, I am extremely satisfied. I will certainly reorder: the website interface is user-friendly, the try-on feature is effective, and the prices are outstanding. Thank you to the team!
