Just a pleasure to deal with. I have had 3 pairs of glasses from them now. All stylish, all good quality (same quality as you get locally). Everything as described. Delivery is quite slow as they come from China, but I knew this and they are clear about it. Delivery was faster than they stated. Tracking was provided and worked all the way through. The equivalent glasses from optician in Ireland are about double the cost. One pair of glasses were damaged in transit. I emailed customer care and they fixed the issue and gave me the option of a refund or voucher. I took the voucher and re-ordered. Customer care is definitely NOT real-time. But there was just a 1-day delay between messages because of time zones. Perfectly reasonable. I ordered on 03 Jan, received glasses on 13 Jan, have dealt with the Customer Service process and have re-ordered with a voucher on 15 Jan.
I received my glasses in good time. They were a bit too big for me and didn't sit on my as well as I had hoped. This is to be expected with ordering glasses online as you can't try them on. I asked to replace them. Firmoo kindly offered credit to the full amount I had paid and I have now ordered another pair. They let me keep the glasses that are too big so I am using them until my next pair comes. You couldn't ask for more than that.
The glasses are great. As they are my first progressive glasses they are taking a few days to get used to. But they are light and comfortable. Love the style. Have got lots of compliments already. A third of the price I was quoted in a store. Highly recommend.
