One of their salespeople came to my property while I was at work, and lied to my partner to secure a sale. They told her they knew what rate we were on, and the rate they gave was nowhere near correct. It was over a penny higher than what we're actually on. He used this made-up rate to convince my partner that their deal was worth it, but it was complete nonsense. They should be more careful of who they hire in their sales teams, because it reflects badly on the company as a whole. To their credit, they cancelled promptly on me contacting them, but if I did want to use the company, I'd certainly be wary now.
