I recently bought a Mercedes E350 AMG from First Car Club and honestly the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The car was exactly as described, very clean and well looked after. Communication was clear the whole time and they answered any questions I had without any pressure.

You can tell they actually care about the cars they sell and making sure customers are happy. The handover was straightforward and everything was explained properly.

I’m really happy with the car and would definitely recommend First Car Club to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and an easy buying experience.

Great lads at First Car Club. Called about a vehicle, and arranged a deposit. The car was cleaned before I came and we had a lengthy test drive. I viewed a polo gti and requested the car be cold. When 10 minutes away I was texted saying he’s taking it to get washed so was not cold! We test drove it and drove fine so we purchased the car. Since driving home 3 hours the engine light has come on. Since getting it plugged in it’s come back with a timing chain issue! And my “warranty” covers £250 not even the cost of a timing chain kit without labour! Very disappointed with this from the seller as I’m going to have to spend hundreds on repairs. Met us in a street where he claimed he had a unit but was no evidence of this.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently bought a white 2015 Audi A1 S Line from First Car Club and I honestly couldn’t be happier.From the very first phone call, Adam was professional, transparent and easy to deal with. He wasn’t pushy just very enthusiastic about his trade which made me comfy. The car was exactly as described (if not better in person), immaculate inside and out, and had all the services required by audi already done!All paperwork was ready, everything was explained properly, and the whole process felt organised and smooth. It’s clear they take pride in the cars they sell.What stood out most was the communication. Every question I had was answered straight away and nothing felt like too much trouble. Buying a car can be stressful, but this genuinely wasn’t.I absolutely love my Audi A1 it feels like a brand new car. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend First Car Club to friends and family, and I’ll definitely be back in the future for my upgrade!Thank you again!

After a bad first choice of car for my daughter, we were cautious about what we were buying and who from. We contacted first car club but the car we originally enquired about had been sold, she had her heart set on a polo but we were asked what we were looking for and our budget and an alternative suitable car was recommended.From the first call I felt like he was very knowledgeable and wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for.We had the car delivered within 2 days, the stress of more car searching was taken away. Customer service is excellent, very knowledgeable and felt like they care about delivering satisfaction. The year warranty helps with peace of mind that you are buying something they have confidence in. My daughter is very happy with her new car and is in excellent condition, I have already recommended first car club to friends.

I contacted this dealer regarding an Audi A1 and negotiated a £400 reduction on the asking price. As the purchase was to be completed remotely, I was asked to pay a £1,000 deposit to secure the vehicle.Before transferring funds, I requested written confirmation of standard conditions for a distance purchase, including that the car would be as described, that the V5, two keys and locking wheel nut were included, and clarification of returns, warranty and distance selling terms.The dealer declined to confirm these points and subsequently chose not to proceed with the sale.I cannot comment on the vehicle itself, but my experience was that reasonable requests for written clarification prior to paying a significant remote deposit were not accommodated. Prospective buyers may wish to ensure all terms are clearly confirmed in writing before sending payment.
