KIM MODE, also known as Luxury Nest, is a scam. I have experienced multiple unauthorized charges to my card after placing an order. Their contact phone number and email are not functional. They seem to be engaging in fraudulent activities.
This is a fraudulent company! They took my money right away after I placed an order and have since attempted to withdraw additional amounts. I tried calling their number, but it's not valid, and the email I sent bounced back. Very frustrating!
Beware of this service!!! I ordered a metal bed frame for $19, but they charged my credit card $349.99, $50.40, and $54.64, and attempted to charge even more. I contacted my credit card provider to dispute all the charges. I truly hope these individuals face consequences. I found out the address listed is actually a dental office.
This service is completely fake. I ordered an electric blanket for under $20, and they charged my account for that amount. The next day, they attempted to charge almost $400 and then $70 later. Fortunately, my bank flagged the charges as potentially fraudulent. Customer support is unreachable due to a disconnected number and bounced emails. I'm not optimistic about receiving my order, especially after they tried to overcharge my account by $500. Luckily, I know people in authority to whom I can report this company with evidence of the fraudulent charges. It's appalling to steal money, especially before the holidays! They are the lowest of the low!
DO NOT order from this platform. I thought I was purchasing a coffee maker for a coworker. They charged that amount and then took more money just hours later. I had to call and email for help, but the phone number is no longer in service and the email bounces back.
I had the same experience as others; this is a scam site. I received 9 unauthorized charges within 12 hours of providing my card information. A couple of red flags: (1) no sales tax was charged on my order, (2) the reviews lack dates or any time references. BE CAREFUL!
