LOUSY CUSTIMER SERVICE - in which you get multiple people contacting you asking the same questions snd getting no where. VERY FRUSTRSTING that they are pushing this and other programs under their umbrella like Tai Chi Walking, in peoples ambitions to do exercises and get rich off of our hopes that we may find something reasonable to get help with our weight loss or exercise goals. SHAMEFUL!!!
My primary objective is to achieve better flexibility. I've experienced stiffness throughout my life, standing in the same position for over 50 years. As a result, my shoulders and hips are quite tight, and I really need to work on loosening up through stretching.
After I figured out how to reach the support team to address my account and sign-in problems, the staff was very responsive and made the necessary corrections promptly. I’ve finally discovered an exercise program I can make a regular part of my routine. The Tai Chi program is ideal for me as a 76-year-old woman!
I'm really enjoying the workouts up to this point. However, I find it quite challenging to concentrate on the movements and proper breathing... Would it be possible to include a visual cue for breathing? Aside from that, it's a fantastic app 😉
I really enjoy the exercises. They're generally simple, although day two poses a bit of a challenge due to tightness in my pelvic area. There were a few that I struggled with, but my aim is to increase my flexibility and reduce tightness in my pelvic area by the end of this program, whether it's 30 days or 21 days, so that I can perform all the exercises as demonstrated.
The pace is a bit rapid during the initial part of each exercise, making it challenging to grasp the movements, yet it's not too overwhelming. I find it difficult to balance on one keg, but I hope it improves as we progress! Overall, it feels really good.
I am now reaching out to my bank to halt charges from this service. They continue to bill me, and I haven't received any of the exercises... it's a lose-lose situation. I've tried contacting the payment platform, but it's like dealing with a machine 😩. Now, I have to go through my bank. This service definitely seems suspicious... I've never had issues stopping other fitness apps.
The sessions are fantastic. The first two workouts were quite easy, allowing me to concentrate on my breathing and form. The last three sessions proved to be more challenging, and I was pleasantly sweating after session five. I'm really enjoying this style of workout more than anything I've experienced in the past 25 years.
This set of exercises engaged numerous muscles that have been underutilized for quite some time. I experienced quite a bit of cracking and popping from some joints, a few of which were somewhat painful during the process. Despite the discomfort from these rarely used areas, I managed to push through and complete another day's workout. I've observed that my movements are becoming more fluid and relaxed. As I grow more at ease with the exercises, my breathing has also become more relaxed.
