The burger itself is genuinely excellent. fresh beef, good toppings, solid bun that actually holds together and I have no complaints about the food quality whatsoever. What I can't get past is spending seventeen dollars on a burger and fries at a place where I'm eating out of a paper bag at a metal table. I know what I'm getting into every time and I go anyway, but there's always a moment at the register where I question my decisions.

I stopped by Five Guys

I stopped by Five Guys the other day and honestly, the food hit the spot. The burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and everything tasted fresh—not that typical “fast food” feel. What really stood out was how friendly and upbeat the staff were; they seemed like they actually enjoy what they do. The place had a good vibe, clean tables, and the order came out fast. Definitely one of those spots you leave feeling full and happy.

Ordered a burger via Deliveroo. With fees it was nearly £13. It was absolutely tiny. What a complete ripoff. I will never use either company again. The world’s gone mad. This is laughable value for money.

My recent visit to the new Five Guys location in Uppsala was a disappointing experience, particularly given the restaurant's reputation and premium pricing.Pricing & ValueThe cost was a major drawback, with the meal being approximately 50% more expensive than what one would typically pay for a standard lunch in the area. This steep price point does not align with the quality of the food or the service received, representing poor value for money.Food Quality & AccuracyThe meal itself was unfortunately sub-par. Not only was the order incorrect, but the food quality was also very poor. The soda had almost no carbonation, and the burger was soggy and lacked any flavor. The burger was so saturated that it left a residue on my hands that was difficult to wash off, making it impossible to use a touchscreen device afterward.ConclusionWhile I had hoped for a quality meal, the combination of high prices, an incorrect order, and a soggy, tasteless burger made for a negative experience. It's a review that highlights significant issues with both the product and the service at this location.

Five guys is utterly a joke

Five guys is utterly a joke. I just went there to the chiswick London restaurant with a gift card I got for a birthday gift. I went into order. I order the food and gave them my gift card and they couldn’t accept due to the two workers can’t figure out how to pay with my card. Then they said there was nothing on my card to call the number in the card. I will never order from five guys again.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding an issue I encountered during my visit to your branch in Malaysia on August 5, 2025.After placing my order, there was an error with the order, and I decided to cancel it. However, even though the amount was charged to my card, I was informed that the payment would be refunded within 3 days. Unfortunately, 10 days have passed, and I have yet to receive the refund.I have sent several emails inquiring about the status of my refund, but I have not received any response or resolution from your team.
