Revolution di Cuba booking

I went on Revolution di Cuba site to purchase tickets for the new year eve. I didn’t paid attention before to book with Fixr if it is any difference between Revolution offer and Fixr offer when booking the table. I tried to contact them by phone, they just decline the call.By e-mail I had answer in four or five days. No info about refund policy.It wasn’t a scam but the customer service is poor. I would not choose again. To go to a party with friends, I want to be sure the event is ready and tickets are valid.
