I overpaid for this product and when I tried cancelling the purchase within minutes of ordering, I was redirected to an automated response saying my order had already been dispatched! The product itself does nothing what it claims to do, any ordinary toilet cleaner does a better job. Lesson learned.
Do not fall for this scam company!Inappropriate billing, changing order list....then locking inbox so impossible to contact and change anything!Cancellation impossible due to locked inbox!No refund for scam product which is massively overpriced and does not function! DO NOT BUY!
This stuff is a crock. I stupidly got caught just by the that they Pomona but what I didn’t realise they meant Pomona USA. I hadn’t checked my bank for 2 weeks as was away with no internet by then it was too late.This useless stuff cost me dearly. Didn’t do a thing to my old toilet. I was so disappointed by the scam they are running. They won’t feel any remorse for what they are doing only rubbing their hands together fir the money they are ripping off people.
I should have read the reviews instead of believing the pictures and hype. It doesn’t perform no matter how long or how much Fizz is poured in the bowl. The foam doesn’t rise up to top of the bowl. You are forced to scrub and waste it and your money down the toilet .Total Scam! Do not get sucked in like I did.
I tried to order 4 pouches of the toilet cleaner and ended up with 7 pouches and 4 tubes of mold remover which I didn't intend to order.The checkout process was quite confusing and you had to uncheck offers. This felt like a deliberately confusing process with the intent to get you to maximise spend.I was led to believe that this was not available on other outlets only to discover it on amazon at a fraction of the price!As soon as I had the order confirmation I tried to contact them by email and phone, both unobtainable!At best sharp practice, at worse a complete scam.I should have known better and checked the online reviews.
The support team is really friendly, but unfortunately they don‘t give real solutions. The ordering process was not that easy in my eyes. When I looked for the special offers, just out for curiosity, this special order was added. This is not correct.And the cleaning powder is far from working as promised.
