They got back to my very quickly. I am told that if I want a refund I have to return the items to CHINA at my own expense. It also says in their Terms and Conditions that the items must Not be opened or used. How on earth are you ment to try the stuff if you can't open it!! A complete scam. It also says to contact them before trying to get a refund from your bank or PayPal. After the first very quick response I have heard nothing in the last hour or more. Typical!!
I paid nearly €80 for four packs. The delivery took over three weeks and the product simply DOES NOT work. Videos show the foam reaching the rim and removing all stains. In my case, the foam rose 3cm at best. Customer service was rapid, but they push for a 25% refund immediately as opposed to returning the product for a full refund. Complete scam.
As I was not satisfied with the product I received, Fizz Clean immediately offered me a refund for the unused items or a 25% discount without requiring me to return the remaining products. The issue was resolved amicably. Thank you to the Fizz Clean team.
I was stupid to fall for this product without googling reviews. Agree with everyone that this product is a ridiculous crock.... doesn't do anything but foam up purple only in the water in the bowl which does nothing for any other part of the toilet bowl not in water. I even used the toilet brush. Not to mention -- do NOT even breathe near it. It says use in well ventilated areas -- it neglects to suggest using a ventilator mask to protect yourself.

The powder just sat in the water in the bowl for 20 minutes, no foaming, no visible action and no cleaning as shown in the advert on to.This company should be prosecuted, as not everyone else leaving similar reviews as mine can all be wrong.Don’t waste your money, it’s only bicarbonate with a bit of pink colour and perfume added.
