Best place to go for a hair transplant. I could not recommend this place any more. All of the staff are extremely professional and kind and ensure you are put at ease from the second you make contact, to the second you leave the clinic. They really are customer focused and how you feel is at the forefront of their mind. Couldn't thank them more!
This was my second hair transplant after being quite dissatisfied with my first experience five years ago (which cost three times more). I can't recommend the service enough for their excellent communication before the procedure, the support on the day itself, and the aftercare during the 10 days post-operation. I arrived at the clinic at 2:30 PM and was back home by 7 PM, feeling minimal pain and very well cared for. Now on day 12, I've spent two days shopping for the holidays, and not a single person has noticed I've had a hair transplant; it just looks like I have a buzz cut. If the final results are as good as this experience, I will be thrilled.

This is an honest review. After the surgery, I was hastily moved back to the waiting area after being under local anesthesia for the entire day. Just 15 minutes post-surgery, I requested to use the restroom, but no one accompanied me. Upon reaching the restroom, I bumped my head on a low ceiling, which damaged some of the grafts. I still don’t know how many grafts were affected or the extent of the damage. I've reached out via email but received little response. It's baffling to have such a low ceiling in a hair transplant clinic. I wouldn't suggest this place.
