Helping insomnia

As a chronic insomniac, I'd been looking into cbd oils and tried quite a few. This one really does help me switch off and enable me to get some better quality sleep. I especially like the lemony 'Zest' flavour; literally nothing like some of the bitter oils I've tried in the past. Would definitely recommend.

Such a nice taste! Having tried various other brands of CBD before, I was really pleasantly surprised that this had none of the usual bitterness and just left a subtle citrus flavour 😊
