Review Time
I placed an order yesterday but did not receive order confirmation that order had gone through, so this morning I re ordered only to find out that the 1st order had infact been processed. I quickly contacted to the customer service team and they instantly refunded me for the 2nd order and were incredibly polite and helpful. Very happy with their service and would definitely order from them again
Response time is fantastic. I placed my order and accidentally submitted to be delivered to my old address. I replied to the order confirmation that I'd made the error and requested my address be updated. I received a response within 30 minutes advising me that my requested change had been made. I also received a confirmation that my order has been processed and shipped confirmating my new address within the day. Fantastic
Amazing service. I made an error in sizing when purchasing online and I reached out to customer service. Within minutes I had an answer and they corrected my order for me. I was worried as it's a Christmas gift and didn't want to have to do the return and reorder. Absolutely amazing customer service they could not have been any more helpful. Very happy customer
