I’ve bought several things from Jerry’s site over time. If I’ve had issues with anything, his team has answered my questions and fixed my problems very quickly. Would recommend any products Jerry and his team has put out.

People who are coming from portrait…

People who are coming from portrait photography background don't need check Jerry's reviews. His work and his character is so well known that is pointless to add anything. But i was ask to say something so i am saying. 5* for experience, theory, teaching skills, website design and i can go on and on. Recommend His training program to anyone who wants stand out from the crowds.

Excellent courses and customer service - recommend.

I have purchased a few of Jerry's training courses and they are excellent and very detailed, especially the Wedding bundle. He explains in simple terms and the images he produces are first class and really inspired me. I also purchased the same thing twice in error(!) and Brandon quickly replied and provided a remedy, so excellent customer service.

Fantastic service.

I hadn’t been onto the site to watch the course that I had bought 18 months previously. I then couldn’t access it.I sent a short message and received a reply promptly with some help and accessed it straight away.Fabulous service. I have now started watching the course. Extremely happy.

Great customer service. I had a little problem gaining access to one course, sent a “help me” email and Brandon quickly responded and solved the problem—despite it occurring on a weekend.

I made the mistake of booking the same course twice, and emailed the customer service team. They were on it immeadiatley and have refunded the second course within a couple of days.

I’ve used many different brands of training courses over the years. Many are useful and good but Jerry is the best bar none. He gives you real world advice on many things that can only help you grow your skills and knowledge no matter your current level. I’d rate them as five star.
