The experience at eHarmony has been mostly good, but not great. I have made a number of opposite sex friends, but definitely I have NOT met the love of my life. Getting to the point of actually meeting someone takes a lot of time and patience, and the pool of older singles appears to be very shallow.

I have a very bad experience. I could never see the pictures of the profiles. And the only ones that actually show where people trying to scam you can tell by the pictures from other countries in trying to stage it that they were here on U.S. or in that I could not interact with anybody because I could not see pictures. I email customer care five times and they never resolve the issue. It was an automated answer by AI no solution to a problem. However, they are not gonna reimburse me three months I pay ahead.

Waste of money on time. It's probably worse experience I have with dating apps.

This app is not even real anymore. The pictures of the women and the profiles are not even shown. I tried to contact customer care is not even existent. They just keep sending generic emails . I could contact them seven times keep getting seven different generic emails.No, helpful at all.There is no real number to call. I made a mistake of signing 43 months.They would not reimburse me or help me with technical. I erasef and re -oad the app four times and I keep having the same issue. Only show me a minimal amount of people in my area. Kansas City broadly around 5 to seven people. And then ask me to expand to a bigger radius over a 100 miles. But either with that, I never get to see pictures of anybody, even when I was paying the premium. In I get messages from people that I never contacted in. They are asking me to contact them to whatsapp or other means is a bunch of scam people in there anymore.Not a real app like it used to be. What really bothers me you've got, they don't even help you..

Twice a week I would get an email from eharmony stating that one of my contacts was being removed from the platform for scamming people or identity theft. Thats really nice. Not only will eharmony steal from you, but the users will also steal from you.
Lots of sex workers using this site as well. Lots.
They populate the women users with canceled subscriptions. Lots of dead profiles. They trickle in the females. You dont have automatic access to all the users. They are trickled in over time. And you have to buy "match unlocks" to conversate with chick's. This fee is on top of the subscription.

I am shocked and disappointed eHarmony does not have a better vetting review authentication process.

Disappointed with the results after paying for 6 months

I subscribed for 6 months and have been using the service for about 3 weeks. I received only one message, but unfortunately, that person turned out to be a scammer. I've browsed through hundreds of profiles and haven't found anyone I would even think about dating. The platform suggests that I pay for additional unlocks to see more potential matches, but I find their subscription prices already quite high given the limited options available. Why should I have to pay for extras?

Frustrating subscription experience

The subscription and application process was extremely frustrating. I initially believed I was getting a 50% discount for six months, but it turned out to be only for the first month. When I mistakenly sought assistance, they claimed they couldn't help me retrieve the discount, more like they wouldn't. I attempted to cancel my subscription and request a refund, but they informed me that no refunds were available for the so-called 'premium' subscription I purchased, and also mentioned that my state was ineligible for refunds. This information was buried in the fine print, which I overlooked during sign-up. Such a disappointing experience with this company.
