I received my order and was surprised to find that two vials of Cream Tobacco Nic Salts (10 ml) were missing. Instead of the expected ten vials, I only got eight. I reached out to the customer support team via the email provided in the order confirmation, but I haven't heard back, and it’s been over a month. As a loyal customer, I feel quite let down by the incomplete order and the absence of any follow-up. Aside from this issue, the overall service and products have generally been excellent. It’s just unfortunate that the customer support inbox appears to be unmonitored.
