As a first time user of this site, we were a little nervous, but we had continual communication and updates. The stylist was quick to get in touch to discuss what we were after and on the day, was on time, friendly and offered good advice. It certainly took the pressure of us to be able to get my daughter's hair and makeup done at home before getting ready for her formal. Highly recommend!!
