I am a very new customer of MELODYSUSIE and had very little knowledge about the company when I made my purchase. I had the hand piece stop working on my pro series drill after just a few weeks of fairly heavy use. I reached out to customer service through email that same day. Within a couple of hours or less, they contacted me to get more details about the issue and had me submit a quick video of the drill malfunction so they would know how to proceed with helping out. I was IMMEDIATELY mailed a replacement and it was delivered even faster than they anticipated. LITERALLY REPLACED and RECEIVED in less than a week!!! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the quick turn around time and resolution. FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMPLETELY HASSLE FREE!!! I will most definitely be a loyal returning customer if I continue to receive this type of service in the future.
I purchased an e-file from MelodySusie in December through Amazon. By February, it started making unusual noises and quickly became unusable. I was disappointed, especially since I had taken good care of it and hadn’t owned it very long.When I contacted their customer service, they responded promptly at first and reassured me that they stand behind their products, asking for my order number. I provided it right away — but then didn’t receive any response for three days.Since I needed a resolution, I reached out to Amazon, who handled the situation quickly and issued a full refund. Interestingly, shortly after Amazon processed the refund, MelodySusie replied with a brief message stating that the order had been fully refunded and wished me a great day.While I appreciate that the refund was ultimately resolved (thanks to Amazon), I found the communication from MelodySusie to be lacking. The delay and blunt follow-up response did not reflect the reassurance I was initially given about standing behind their product.I’m sharing this so other customers are aware of my experience. I hope the company works on improving responsiveness and customer communication moving forward.

Produkt arrived damaged (it could only be used plugged in and not with the battery in). I messaged the customer service, which asked me to provide a video of my experience, which i was too busy to do and thought "oh well, i can just use it plugged in, whatever", so i never replied to them. Then, two weeks later, another package arrives in my mailbox: the same product, this time working completely correctly. I'm so happy that they sent me a replacement.
I love melody Susie! There customer service experience for my drill that is still under warranty was awesome. Only thing I will say is that 2 of my melody Susie drills went out within 2 weeks of each other. But I will say, when using them, they are awesome. My favorite so far!
My hand piece was malfunctioning after like a year after I was gifted my drill and i reached out to customer to see if i still had warranty.They reached out in less than 24 hours and everything was handled very quickly and sent me a replacement hand piece and got delivered 2-3 days later! Amazing customer service and fast delivery! Thank you so much for helping me resolve my issue!! <3
I purchased a couple of equipment and unfortunately the shipping company had some issues with delivering my package. Customer service was quick to help me and keeping updated. Their response was immediate or within a day. I got all my products and couldn’t be any happier.
