I requested for a withdrawal two days ago, just to receive an email stating that my withdrawal is declined due to banking details that are not available on my dashboard, while i already submitted the details and are approved.
I'm not going to force things i'll move on to transparent and trustworthy brokers, for those that want to trade with Vault markets please do that on your own risk.

My funds were not reflecting in my wallet after depositing using payfast. As time is important I contacted the chat service and Candice was quick to resolve my matter and funds reflected in record time allowing me to fund my MT4 account and take my trades
