Review Time
I have been buying live mealworms from this company for several years.I have only had one bad 1 kg bag. I alerted the company as it was so unusual. I had nothing but helpful courteous response and offer of sending more to recompense. I had difficulty not with the company but with Amazon messages. I had no direct email to Livefood-4-U company which would have made communication easier and Amazon messaging does not allow direct communication. I couldn't find an independent website at the time as I am not good on computers. I use live mealworms to feed wild birds and over the years our House sparrow population has grown after nearly loosing them. Baby sparrows and the young of other seed eating birds need insects and worms as it is the only way nestlings can get water.I have faith in this company to provide well packaged, quick delivery and reliable healthy worms.
No goods, I've had to go elsewhere and they won't give me my money back let alone my now out of pocket expenses. Buyers beware, they blame their tardiness and bad processing on Royal Mail. Bad company that grabs your money then go silent. STAY AWAY.
Have never had a cause to right a bad review about this company until now, I ordered a bag of black crickets and when they arrived they were brown, ok everyone can make a mistake, the brown crickets are no good to me too fast and jump everywhere, what I am upset about is that I sent them two emails about this and they could not be bothered to reply to either of them.
All my 100 locusts had died after purchasing then within a few days wasn't sure if it was heat related but it had never happened to me before! I contacted them and they sent, contacted them and they sent me a replacement the next day! They have amazing customer service and I haven't shopped anywhere since buying from them the first time
Livefoods4u are the best company to purchase live food for your pet reptiles. I have been purchasing all my live food from this company for nearly over 1 year and they have never let me down. Customer service is outstanding, the website is so easy to use. I just want to thank the team for all the advise and the quality of the products that I have order. Will only order from this company. 100% satisfaction.
I made an order of this company I payed 53 pounds which included postage the parcel was supposed to have 1kg of morio worms, 1.5kg of regular meal worms and 250 waxworms. The fisrt delivery never arrived I made a complaint which they never apologized and just sent out another same parcel, now unfortunately it arrived late not only that it was only the first half arrived in an absolute mess all morioworms where dead and stinking, then a week later the second half arrived which included waxworms and meal worm they where in the same mess.I made the complaint and requested to get my money back which was left unanswered, I then decided to get paypal to request money from them and they where also left unanswered. In the end I never received my money back or emails to apologize from this crowd.Shameful company never reply any emails or request for refunds.
