My recent home sale experience with Florida Cash Home Buyers, and specifically with Daniel prior to signing the contract and Paola after signing the contract, was much better than I expected. I now know why the online reviews of this company are excellent. Both Daniel and Paola are knowledgeable, organized, and patient. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and we closed earlier than expected.

FCHB was great to work with. Very responsive to inquiries and questions. Yes their initial offer is low ball but that is expected in my view. The contract is simple and Paola was great at communicating the process. They were flexible when I needed some time.

We are in California, and our family member was in tough times in Fort Lauderdale. He's a disabled veteran, unable to care for his home, his house was in very poor deteriorating condition, and the City had a $150K lien on the house for front yard code violations. This was a learning experience for me. It was misleading in the beginning because I as under the impression that Florida Cash Home Buyers were actually the ones buying my house. That wasn’t the case as they were looking for buyers for me. Other than that, it wasn’t too bad of an experience. Paola was very efficient, responsive and helpful.
