There was a problem with a delivery of my flowercard to my friend, which at the time seemed surprising as my experience of Flowecard has always been excellent. Following them contacting me to express their concern, they offered and suggested a replacement. My friend contacted me yesterday to say she is delighted. Her accompanying photo also showed how lovely the flowrcard is.Thank you so much for understanding and listening to my concerns. A cousin has a birthday coming up and I will definitely be ordering a Flowercard for her.
I chose to have my order delivered to myself knowing the recipient would be out for her birthday, and thinking I'd drop it off in the evening.It did not arrive on the chosen date and has still not arrived the day after.Telephone number states we are now closed, open between 9am-4:30pm Mon-Fri, it is Saturday today. That'll teach me for giving them the benefit of the doubt and waiting an extra day.First and last time I'll be using this joke shop! Don't offer services that you can't provide!Back to Blooming Wild for me.
Three cards sent - two for Christmas adore you a neighbour who sadly lost her sister o Boxing Day. All recipients were delighted with their flower cards and say they were fresh and the Christmas ones derived 30 December were still good 31 December as I write this. Each card hit the right note and were delivered on the day requested. Thank you Flowercard for these - definitely recommend your services.
I have ordered from Flowercard many times prior to illness & sent a last minute Christmas flowercard. I had a minor issue that a lovely AMY sorted in such a speedy & caring way. My friend Rachel will be using Flowercard herself she was so impressed. Well done yet again Flowercard. Easy to order, speedy delivery & beautiful gift with extras available.
Do not order from this company!! Placed an order due to a bereavement and was not delivered. Contacted Flowercard and advised that the recipient has ring cameras and doorbell and no package was delivered but Flowercard did not listen saying it was delivered to side of property or could’ve been out in the bin!!! Awful customer service! Will be contacting trading standards to report them for failure to provide goods!!!
I wanted something special for Christmas for my 99 year old aunt. I ordered the Comfort and Joy basket, for which i paid £40. It was a lot smaller than advertised. The flowers in it were tiny. Almost like daisy's and tiny spray carnation buds with lots of tacky gold bits. Nothing like the picture AT ALL. I was so upset. I will not use this company again.
Ordered Christmas card 2 weeks in advance.Said was ready for dispatch 4 days later still not been sent.Had to chase ,was sent next day .4 days late.Asked for discount as they where offering 20% nearer to Christmas.Would only give it too me when I order another card.Not happy .think customer service could be better .Never had a problem before.Had a refund. Was to put right.
