I received excellent service during my visit, as I was uncertain about life jackets. I left with one that feels tailor-made for me. The owner provided clear guidance on the different options and showed a deep knowledge of the products. I highly recommend reaching out to them if you need help. It's a wonderful shop.
There were no measurements available for the helmets. I emailed to request this information but received no response. After a couple of weeks, I ordered two helmets to try and planned to return one. I emailed again to clarify the returns address… still no reply! I was considering other products from this site but will not be buying from here.

In 2021 we opened our first retail shop in Nottingham and began to sell kayaks, canoes, clothing and equipment to directly to customers, as well as to our valued shops.
Flow Kayaks have worked with Paddle UK for supporting competition events, supplied the armed forces canoe and kayak teams as well as supplying multiple canoe and kayak clubs and outdoor centres around the UK.
