I ordered this all in one leg press system pre-paid a $1076 December 31, 2025, it is February 6th and no product. I received an email on 1/19/26 saying great your product is shipping. When I called customer service Vanessa said I have no idea why they send those emails out when we get product we ship on a first come first serve basis and we are now out of that product again. This smells and sounds like reportable fraud! Deplorable customer service and product delivery

These guys are horrible and not responsive to emails. They cancelled my order after waiting 3 weeks and no response to emails inquiry about what I ordered. Then tell me they do not want my business because I sent vulgar emails. Well, if you would respond then maybe I wouldn’t be frustrated.
I didn't quite believe the bad reviews and went ahead and ordered from ForceUSA uk. Terrible mistake, customer service is very poor, I placed my order a week ago, my money has been taken and I am having great difficulty in even finding when my order will be delivered. Customer service is non existant, it feels like I'm being ignored. I would not recommend this business to anybody, I am giving one star because zero isn't an option.
This company has terrible customer service, it is non existent. The all in one trainer I purchased does not function properly and they will not respond. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with! The trainer arrived with scratches, rust and the pulleys do not function properly. I would use a better company for your gym gear the customer service is based in Spain so even discussing issues is hard work. I have no choice but to get the bank involved. Spoke to Alex on the phone who who extremely rude and I made sure to record the conversation, his only answer was for me to email them. But, when you send emails no one responds.Also, they have responded to me below stating the problem has been resolved. Yes they have sent me some plastic parts but that does not mean the problem has been resolved. I am literally in the process of replacing these parts and I will let you know if the problem has been resolved or not.
Worst customer service experience I had. They do not allow negative reviews on their website, and block anything that tells the truth. The quality of their products in super low, there is no attention to detail, even assembly is a problem because many parts do not match and you need to modify to make it work. If you are lucky, customer service responds to you maybe once a week and drags on and on... until you give up. All youtube reviews are apparently paid by them, no one talks about the bad experience.
Terrible terrible experience! Purchased the G3 v2 do many parts were missing I’ve had the gym part built & unusable for nearly 2 months now! During the packaging process someone has obviously put the wrong parts in the crate! Never again will I buy anything from force USA. The response time for email enquiries is 72 hrs 👍
