I didn't have to wait on hold for 30+ minutes to get tech support. In fact I got assistance after I selected "tec support". Then the tech (Jonathan) was super respectful & patient while helping me with my issue.
I received the customer support I required without delay. The representative I interacted with was fantastic—patient, respectful, and very helpful. The home monitoring product has proven to be outstanding in terms of reliability. I wouldn't switch it for anything else.
