Your company was recommended me by a friend who moved earlier this year. She spoke so highly of Shamrock that I didn't bother to solicit any other bids. Roberto managed the crew with certainty and good humor; both packing and moving teams worked quickly, checked in with me if they had questions, and were clearly well trained and experienced. Professional, upbeat, flexible, and effective--an excellent value for the price.

Very rough handling this time. Last time, different guys with the same company was such a delight. I had requested for the previous crew but didn’t get them. This time we had boxes filled with shoes, books, hats, bagpacks and gym clothes, and internet access points all in the same box. Who does that? Half the time, I had noticed that while they were packing, they would clean out a cabinet but leave items behind which I had to collect later. They didn’t know that they had to clean out the fridge and the freezer in the end and was not too happy when reminded. Two soft drawers of one of my cabinets are missing. When asked, they hadn’t a clue. Said, they would be inside some box. Wine bottles were kept on top of wine glasses. It is a miracle that the glasses didn’t break. What I had noticed this time with the crew headed by Victor was that they were always in a hurry. Peeps were nice but their work wasn’t great. Very disappointed this time.
I have used Shamrock many times over the past 20 years (for clients and myself) and they still are the very best in efficiency and professionalism and accuracy of job estimates. Don’t even think of using anyone else when one has Shamrock !
