Paul was very communicative through the whole process. Calling to make sure his guys arrived, calling when they were done to make sure we were happy. The guys that came were polite and patient as we had them rearrange some furniture more than once. Would definitely use again.
Paul was with us every step of the way, he kept in contact with us from the moment we hired him. His movers were amazing, they helped us move from Grand Rapids, MI to Farmington, MN. Very polite and helpful! My husband and I would recommend them for anyone who is looking for movers!
I agreed to loan this business funds that were to be paid back to me in 6 weeks. The contract for this loan was signed in May 2023. It is now nearly 2 years later and while Paul Perry has made payments, he has yet to pay back this loan in full. He has done this to others as well. He targets people that work at the hospital. The hospital knows he does this, but that hasn't stopped him from these actions. Take a look at his D rating from the BBB.
Thanks to you and the guys. Very helpful and your packing of the storage space was excellent. Every item of furniture was in perfect condition after a year in storage. Paul and crew were on time. Called in advance to ensure that the appointment time was still good for us. Unfortunately for The crew, they had to clean up from a horrendous move from Carolina. HP was infinitely better, and very reasonable. BONUS! The quoted price was the end price... what a concept! Recap... very attentive crew... very observant... very hands on owner... great follow-up! Will use them for the rest of our move.
Moved from Duluth, MN to Lansing, MI - what a great experience. They bundled all the furniture and fragile items, and were able to accommodate our 4 Wheeler and riding lawn mower as well. The movers were polite and hard working, what one would expect from Upper Peninsula employees. They placed all the furniture where needed upon arrival, and cleaned up afterwards!
Wow! I’m super impressed with this HP Moving Company. I needed them to pick up my belongings in 3 different places to deliver to my new home. They were fast, efficient, and helpful! I would certainly recommend Paul and his movers to anyone needing moving services!
Paul and his workers showed up on time, moved everything from my old place and had it all set up at new place writhing 3 hours. They made the stress of moving way less and kept me laughing the whole time they were moving me.
