I am a senior citizen that needs all the help I can get to book flights. Recently The Fly Business agent Oliver Johnson booked a flight for me and my husband from Orlando to Auckland, NZ. He really searched and got us the best deal both in terms of price and seats. He was very patient with me and in addition, when a cheaper fare appeared on line, he had his company issue us a refund for the difference in price. We will ask his help for all of our future trips. We recommend him highly.
Worst worst worst.Don't trust Dan Nelson from their agency. He will ask to book the ticket and ask you to wait for two days to issue you a ticket. After two days someone else from their agency will call you and will tell you " oh sorry the tickets are not available for that price Its increased now. Never book from this agency they are ripping off and wasting the time....

Ria was great and committed. She didn't give up searching for the best business class, the best airline, the best connections, the best layover times. All-in-all we have exactly the flights we wanted for going to Milan and Lake Como and thousands less than direct booking.
Sheldon Banks was responsive, dedicated to finding the best flights for me and my husband. He did a terrific job. We needed affordable business class flights from Oregon to Spain returning from UK to Oregon. "Needed" because I am too old, too stiff, too unhealthy to endure the torture of coach on long flights.
