We recently completed three amazing trips with Taj Travel – 22 days in Europe, 14 days in Greece, and 9 days in Iceland – as a private group of 12 people. had an unfortunately disappointing stay at the Taj Cape Town. The service was below expectations, with staff showing little concern for guest comfort. My room was not serviced as expected , which made my stay unpleasant. I expected much better and hope the management takes steps to improve for future guests
