Flysmarter support team was very helpful

We made great experiences with flysmarter during our stay in Australia. Due to a cyclone, we were forced to re-schedule 3 flights. Communication with flysmarter support via email worked really well, our requests have been adequately taken care of and they only charged us a small service fee (nothing compared to the costs we would have had, if we still had to pay for our actual flights).

Fast and effective support

I had some concerns about our purchase and addons. I wrote an email to support, I have got an answer in less then 24 hours. It was detaily answered on all my questions, and I was offered a help with an action I needed to complete.Very helpful.

Excellent support

We have booked a flight to the USA and back with FlySmarter for May 2024. At the end of January, the airline canceled our return flight for no apparent reason. FlySmarter offered us various options and was able to book another return flight for us within two days at no additional cost. The communication via email was excellent and very fast. An answer always came within a few minutes. I can absolutely recommend FlySmarter, a customer couldn't ask for better support.

Cheap prices, quick email support

Booked tickets through them and had to contact the support a couple of times.. During both instances, they responded back within minutes with the right answers to solve our issues. Best service
