I’m leaving this review to warn others. FlySmarter sold me a combined itinerary that turned out to be practically impossible to complete due to extremely tight time constraints.The schedule they issued left me with only a very short window to complete critical airport procedures and make the onward flight. In real-world conditions, it wasn’t feasible. When the trip fell apart, I contacted FlySmarter with a clear explanation and requested a refund or any meaningful resolution.Their handling was unacceptable: no real effort to help, no ownership of the issue, and constant blame-shifting to the airline. Eventually they simply closed the conversation instead of resolving it.To make matters worse, during this whole situation my luggage was lost. American Airlines confirmed that compensation for the lost baggage was issued back to the travel agency, but FlySmarter did not pass those funds on to me. I was left chasing my own money with zero accountability.If you care about reliability and support when things go wrong, avoid this company!
I made a mistake while booking my multi-city flight. The customer care was amazingly prompt for my assistance. I was very impressed by the personalized care they take for each case. My refund was processed without any hassle, and they were there to help at every point of my booking. You talk to real people, not some dumb AI chatbot. What more can we expect from the service team? This experience instilled a sense of trust for this company in me, so much so that I booked my new trip with them even though I found a better deal on another website.
I would describe my experience with flysmarter as disappointing due to the fact that they chose the wrong flights for me which almost ruined my trip but I was sure that this was a mistake from their side and it will be fixed right away but this wasn't the case as they wanted proof that I booked other flights than the ones they booked for me(I should have predicted the future and screen recorded while I was booking apparently) and I made sure more than once while booking like I always do but for sure they told me they couldn't do anything for me not even a rebooking (noting the mistake is from their side!)so I had to change my entire plans and book a third flight ticket on my way back because unfortunately I couldn't miss my work so please be careful while booking with them as they are untrustworthy.I tried to find a solution which works for both side but they didn't try to find a fair solution...
