Horrible, they never answer calls, you don't understand emails, they respond stupidly without really looking at what was requested and I don't know if it's the stupid automatic services or if they're damn shitty robots, but it's the first time with you and what terrible services, I had to call Spirit and pay more than $150 for the changes I needed and that doesn't seem fair to me where I paid you.Wagner Jair R and Greivin G

Flyus is a scam

Flyus is a scam. They processed my payment, issued a confirmation number, and then an hour later sent me an email saying that the price of my booking went up by a significant amount AFTER I paid and the booking was confirmed.
