Complete waste of time. A manager from the service reached out to me for my expertise in the public sector permitting realm, where I have 18 years of experience. She inquired about a specific experience I lacked, and I was then moved to a call with the actual client (who remained anonymous). I blocked off time for this call, and during it, a rude individual spoke to me for only two minutes, asking the same question the manager had already asked. I repeated my lack of experience, and he abruptly cut me off, stating, 'you're not the one we need to talk to,' and hung up. I would rate this experience 0 out of 10 stars and do not recommend doing business with this organization. To clarify, the initial employee was polite and professional, but there was clearly a disconnect with the client, and the rudeness I encountered was unacceptable.
Complete waste of time. They inundate you with emails, asking numerous questions and following up without clarifying the terms until the last minute, which may lead to rejection for reasons that remain unspecified. DO NOT TRUST and waste your time. The response I provided was based on my knowledge. When the client asked if I had worked with them, they rejected me. They asked questions and received answers based on my 25 years of industry experience. Once they got what they needed, they ended the call abruptly to save on their fees.
