Good initial experience, but cancellation was a hassle

At first, everything seemed fine, but when I tried to cancel before the 30-day trial ended, I thought I had completed the process. Months later, I discovered that the trial had not been canceled. I reached out to the support team, but they were not helpful. I cannot recommend returning.

Started well but cancellation became an issue

Initially, everything was satisfactory, but when I attempted to cancel before the 30-day trial ended, I believed I had completed the process. Months later, I checked and saw that the trial had never been canceled. I contacted the support team, but they were unhelpful. I do not recommend going back!

Cancellation of subscription is impossible

It's impossible to cancel the subscription. No one responds to emails. It's a scam! Additionally, the stock selections are quite poor!

The service makes promises it can't fulfill without additional payments for upgrades. I rejoined in hopes of improvements, but found none and will be seeking a refund.

Deceptive information sharing

Every time they send information, it's just a teaser; you can't access the details without upgrading your membership. All members should have access to the same information without different membership levels.

They constantly try to upsell. I've been a member for two years, and if I could cancel with a partial refund, I would definitely do so.

Issues with billing practices

I've faced numerous problems with their billing and cancellation policies, which they continue to enforce excessively. I've canceled via phone and online, and ultimately had to cancel my credit card due to their aggressive billing tactics. Now, I have to spend over 45 minutes on hold to reach a representative. Their previous stellar reputation has significantly declined.

Very poorly managed service

The service has had a poor track record for the last five years, and their customer service is lacking. They claim to have fixed schedules for new recommendations, yet they change them without notifying customers. I advise against subscribing to their newsletters and services; it's definitely not worth the expense.
