Madiha Rehman was an absolute star in helping me sell my late father’s property. She was very polite and friendly. Always a pleasure to speak to. She kept me in the loop at all times without the need for me to chase. All went through smoothly especially throughout these unprecedented times.
My solicitor Javaid Sabrine was appointed to me from the Armed forces legal aid team, Javaid was throughly engaging and assisted me with excellent advice. He was reassuring, approachable and helpful, as this was the first time I had been in a situation that required a solicitor.
I am proud to say I have had the upmost privilege of using Forbes solicitors to a recent case. I would strongly recommend that anyone who needs help in a dispute/case to use this company. Misleading reviews, I originally read these reviews when choosing Forbes for my conveyancing case thinking there would be some sense of 'professionalism' and 'quality service' however, they were quick to prove me wrong. Continuously had to chase up phone calls and call the office 2/3 times for a callback from my case handler. Had to wait on average 5 days for a reply every time I sent an email yet they say 'we have a large workload' which they've said for the past 3 months yet for some reason continue to take on more cases which they apparently can't handle. The only reason they get 2 stars is because I highly doubted they would've even completed my case but that was after constantly chasing them. Do not recommend for conveyancing.Update: the firm flagged my review even though they know I’m a previous customer which is why TrustPilot can’t remove it. What an ‘honest’ firm!
