what’s worse than getting scam having the business tell you they dont care, I purchase a part from their website for $220 they charged $610 I only order one part, they said deal with it with you credit card, that was their respond. also you think you are buying eom parts they are not . at the end I had to report thru my credit card as fraud
have you seen this website respond to any review? that alone should tell you something
The part claims to fit a specific vehicle model, but that is not accurate. I ordered it believing it would fit the passenger side, yet it was clearly marked for the driver's side. Despite providing evidence and following their instructions, my refund requests have been denied multiple times. The service has been disappointing, especially considering the misleading information on their website.
Very confusing check out as the order was split up and one part had to be reordered then the credit card that was just used for the first order was declined for the second with plenty of room on card? Extra shipping charges added to split order. when I added up the order it was 368.00 then with how order was split wound up being 399+ before shipping? Guess thats business today???
Well shipping on the last order I am still waiting on one item that was purchased in a 2 item order, but the one item that did get to me so far I already installed and it was a perfect fit. So since the biggest issue I have is that I have not been able to find anyone that could fix my broken drivers side door lack, the fact that you all have I think pretty much every part for me to see what needs to actually be replaced was just impossible to pass up. Not having a key to get into the car when the battery dies is the most gut punching situation. I am hoping that buying practically the entire lock section of items I can rebuild the lock around the cylinder and be able to open the door again with my physical key.
